Archbishop José H. Gomez celebrated a special Memorial Day Mass, honoring the men and women who died while serving in the U.S. military, on Monday, May 27, at Santa Clara Cemetery & Mortuary, in Oxnard.
The special Mass was outdoors with music to honor all those who served and their families who made the ultimate sacrifice.
Established in the 19th century, Santa Clara Cemetery is the oldest Archdiocesan Cemetery.
