Deacon Restie Noriega
Deacon Restie Noriega died Wednesday, March 18, 2020. Deacon Noriega was ordained on June 11, 1994, and served at St. Basil Church in Los Angeles, and at Incarnation Church in Glendale, until his retirement. He is survived by his wife, Nita, daughter Elizabeth and son-in-law Peter, and two grandchildren.
