According to Circle V Ranch Camp Director Ray Lopez, “We want to give parents and kids of all ages the chance to experience a three day-two night taste of Circle V fun at Family Camp.” Family Camp activities include hiking, swimming in the new pool, nature walks, archery, arts & crafts, painting, photography, playing games of baseball, basketball, ping pong, foosball, soccer, as well as a new miniature golf course. Fees include six meals, lodging, all activities and supervised fun. Private and shared cabins, as well as traditional canvas tents, are available (prices vary). Circle V Ranch Camp was founded by the SVDP Los Angeles Council in 1945 and has been located on 30 acres in the Los Padres National Forest in Santa Barbara County since 1990.
