The 2016 Theology of the Body Congress will present the world’s foremost experts for a three-day event of panels, lectures and discussions at the Ontario Convention Center from Sept. 23 to Sept. 25.
The Theology of the Body is the compilation of St. Pope John Paul II’s 129 lectures on human sexuality, marriage and family. The congress hopes to explain this powerful vision of sexual complementarity that reaches the core of what it means to be a person made in the image of the God.
Through presentations by experts in the field, participants will encounter God’s plan for fruitful, self-giving love, which lies at the very heart of what the family is meant be. Speakers will include Christopher West, Damon Owens, Dr. Edward Sri and Sister Regina Marie Gorman, OCD.
