On Tuesday, August 14, 2018, new parents Vanessa Corona and Chris Bautista were doubly blessed — their son, Christopher Adrian Bautista, was born healthy and happy, and newly ordained Bishop Marc Trudeau was on hand to welcome him.
Bishop Trudeau toured the St. Mary Medical Center and offered a celebratory Mass for staff and visitors in the hospital's chapel. During his time there, he met baby Christopher and his parents, and offered the newborn a special blessing. "May he grow in your sight to be a man who shares your love with others," the Bishop prayed.
