The 2018-2019 school year has just started, but Loyola High School is already looking to the next year. Admissions for the 2019-2020 academic year are in already full swing, with two key events for incoming and interested students coming up in the next few weeks.

On Sunday, October 28, the school will be hosting an Open House for prospective students and families to explore the campus, meet staff and faculty, and learn more about the thriving academic and co-curricular programs, as well as financial aid options.

Students and parents will also have a chance to see the school through the eyes of a current student at Eighth Grade Student and Parent Visitors’ Day on Monday, November 12. A Loyola High student will accompany each eighth grader as he navigates classes and the campus. The prospective student will attend two classes and spend the recess period with his Loyola guide.

While their students are in class, eighth grade parents can take a school tour to meet the admissions office, administration, faculty, and students.

“We look forward to showcasing Loyola and answering questions for potential Cubs at our Open House as well as at our Eighth Grade Student and Parent Visitors’ Day,” said Heath Utley, director of admissions. “Loyola offers so many opportunities for growth, whether academic, spiritual, athletic or personal. There is a Loyola for everyone.”
