Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills will host a class for children preparing to become an older sibling. The class, geared to ages three to 10, will emphasize the importance of being a big brother or sister while explaining to the child what to expect from a younger sibling.
The hour-long class and tour will include hands-on fun with life-sized dolls, a special video and a walking tour of “mom’s” room and the nursery area.
This program is free, but advance registration is required. The class takes place every month this year, beginning Feb. 1 at 5:30 p.m. at Providence Holy Cross, located at 15031 Rinaldi St., Mission Hills.
