Amira Abuzeid is a senior editor for EWTN News with a special interest in bioethics, technology, the Theology of the Body, and religion in public life. She attended Cornell University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in government. She holds a master's degree in psychology from Divine Mercy University and did graduate work in theology at Harvard University. She also completed the National Catholic Bioethics Center's certification program in health care ethics.The former editor-in-chief at CatholicVote, Amira lives in Houston, Texas, and has seven children whom she adores.
