On Jan. 15, a Los Angeles priest, Father Dave Heney, will begin leading live daily rosary recitations that will be broadcast coast to coast over the Relevant Radio network, which airs locally on AM 930.
A Relevant Radio spokesperson said the program is “the first live and interactive radio program to bring the entire country together at the same time to pray the rosary.”
“Family Rosary Across America” will air live from Los Angeles, Monday through Friday at 8 p.m. Eastern Time and 5 p.m. Pacific Time.
Listeners will be able to call in their prayer intentions each day at 888-914-9149 or email [email protected] to be prayed for during the broadcast.
“Imagine your joy as you hear people praying for your intentions, and your joy knowing that your prayers are helping others in our family of faith who are in need,” said Father Heney, who is pastor of St. Bruno Church in Whittier. “Imagine people all across America joining their voices together in the rosary at the same time.”
Relevant Radio broadcasts nationally on 130 stations, reaching an estimated audience of 140 million. Programming can also be heard worldwide via streaming audio at www.relevantradio.com.
