“I’m not sure that the players will really understand the thrill and excitement of this Staples Center game until they step out onto the court,” said Coach Julian Andrade. “It definitely is a special and memorable moment that the players can share for the rest of their lives. We are so glad that the student body will be able to come out and support this special event.”
Ticket prices range from $15 to $55 for both games. Students, parents and friends also have the option of taking a bus to and from school to the Staples Center.

IV No. 3-ranked Torrance team. Most recently, the varsity team defeated Ramona Convent 4-0 with Marmureanu scoring two goals and Jenny Drew Garabedian (Hancock Park) and Danielle Dibie (Sherman Oaks) each adding one.
Pascale Williams (South East London) and goalie Isabelle Hiedewohl (Redondo Beach/St. Lawrence Martyr Church) have proved to be solid and reliable players in junior varsity action. Williams has scored at least one goal in almost every game and Hiedwohl made five saves in a 1-1 tie versus Brentwood. Recently, the Sailors defeated Marlborough 2-0 on goals by Williams and Nicolette LaPorte (Manhattan Beach/American Martyrs Church)
