Reverend Matthias Ewing O.Carm. died Saturday, June 27, 2020, at the age of 90. Reverend Ewing was ordained in June 1953, and served in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles as associate pastor and pastor at St. Raphael Church in Los Angeles, teacher at Mount Carmel High School in Los Angeles, and resident at Crespi Carmelite Community in Encino.
