Father George Reynolds II died June 15, 2026. He was 61 years old.
Father Reynolds was ordained on May 31, 1997, for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. While serving as a priest in the Archdiocese, these were his assignments:
- Associate Pastor, Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Ventura
- Administrator Pro Tem, Associate Pastor, St. Barnabas Church, Long Beach
- Associate Pastor, St. Cornelius Church, Long Beach
- Associate Pastor, St. Basil Church, Los Angeles
- Resident, St. John of God Retirement and Care Center, Los Angeles
A 40th day memorial Mass for Father Reynolds will be held Friday, July 24, at St. Barnabas Church, 3955 Orange Ave., Long Beach, at 6:30 p.m.
