Health Affairs for the Los Angeles Archdiocese and the Mission Doctors Association are hosting a “White” Mass to honor physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals throughout the archdiocese (Los Angeles, Ventura and Santa Barbara counties).

Auxiliary Bishop Edward Wm. Clark is celebrating the liturgy on Sunday, Oct. 18, at 3:30 p.m. in the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angeles. A reception will follow in the Cathedral Conference Center.

“We honor these women and men every year for their service,” says Sister Angeles Hallahan, director of Health Affairs. “They are truly dedicated to their wonderful healing ministry. They inspire us in what they do, especially for the underserved and poor. The White Mass recognizes and celebrates them.”

The cathedral is located at 555 W. Temple St. in Los Angeles.

RSVP is requested at (213) 637-7265 or [email protected]. For more information visit www.CatholicWM.org.
