Bob Hurd & Anawim perform in concert May 4 and 5

Bob Hurd & Anawim will perform two concerts to support ministries of St. Camillus Center for Spiritual Care in Boyle Heights. Performances will take place May 4, 7 p.m., at Holy Family Church, South Pasadena, and May 5, 5 p.m. at Blessed Junípero Serra Church, Camarillo. Suggested donation for each event is $10. Hurd’s liturgical music, published by OCP, has been among the most widely utilized in parishes throughout the U.S. for the past 30 years. The ensemble Anawim — including Barbara Brdige, John Gilb, Marie Hidgson, Dominic and Kathleen MacAller and Jim and Andi Drollinger — have regularly collaborated with Hurd.
