Blessed Sacrament School Centennial Kickoff Celebratio

On Feb. 7, Father Gregory Boyle, SJ, will celebrate Mass at Blessed Sacrament Church. Best known as Father Greg and a native son of Los Angeles, Father Boyle is the founder and executive director of Homeboy Industries. The mass will serve as a kickoff event for Blessed Sacrament School’s Centennial celebration.

The entire community is invited to join Blessed Sacrament School and alumni for the official open house and luncheon marking the school’s 100th birthday celebration. The luncheon will be catered by the Homeboy Industries Food Truck. Tickets are $35. Table purchases are also available. A portion of the ticket price will support Blessed Sacrament School’s greatest needs.

Founded in 1915 and housed in a historic landmark in the heart of Hollywood, Blessed Sacrament serves children from Pre-Kindergarten and Transitional Kindergarten through 8th grade. Blessed Sacrament is proud to be designated by the Archdiocese as a Media Arts Magnet School, focusing on teaching responsible communication skills that foster excellence in academics, self-expression and community building.
