Renowned artist John Nava, who created the “Communion of Saints” tapestry panels that hang in the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels in Downtown Los Angeles, will autograph copies of his new book after the 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. Masses on Sunday, Dec. 3, at the cathedral.

Nava’s book, titled “Sacred Material: The Art of the Tapestries of the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels,” gives an overview of his artistic journey, from the canvas in his Ojai studio to the walls of the cathedral.
