On March 18, Ramona High School’s robotics team were special guests at Spaceport L.A.’s 2017 Women in Space event, manning their own booth and demonstrating their award-winning robot while fielding questions from more than 200 guests.

The all-girl team also heard from a panel of women astronauts and space entrepreneurs during the event, included Brig. Gen. Pamela J. Lincoln of the Air Force Space Command, an advisor on space situational awareness, satellite operations and space launch.
