St. Louise de Marillac Church in Covina will host the annual Respect Life Conference on April 17 from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The event will educate participants about the beginning of life, end of life and social justice issues.

Ten guest speakers will present 12 workshops with numerous topics, including funeral planning, abortion, human trafficking, the death penalty, adoption and fostering, geriatric assessment, domestic violence and others. Three special workshops will be specifically geared toward teens.

In addition, there will be an exhibition hall for vendors, agencies and organizations. Food will be available for purchase.
