EMPLOYMENT MANAGER-HUMAN RESOURCES The Archdiocese of Los Angeles seeks an Employment Manager to serve as the recruiter for 11 Catholic Cemeteries. Also provides human resource support in compensation, new hire orientation, electronic applicant tracking and use of social media in the hiring process. This is an exempt position reporting to the Director of Human Resources. REQUIRED: BA in related field, PHR or SPHR certified, 3+ years’ experience in employment/recruitment, bi-lingual (English/Spanish), non-profit and supervisory experience; understanding and commitment to the mission and values of the Catholic Church.
